Thank God it’s Christmas! At long last we get to lie in bed ’til noon, sleep to our heart’s content, and celebrate with family and friends. But if we’re dealing with TMD and jaw pain, our sleep can be seriously disrupted. And lack of sleep is especially hard to cope with this time of year.
